Exam Stress and children's mental health

So, it’s exam time again and we wish all those schoolchildren the very best at, what can be, a very stressful time. This also coincides with Mental health awareness week; there is a lot of help out there to support our children’s mental health. We recently listened to a very informative talk given by the Charlie Waller organisation about young people's mental health, anxiety and depression.
