My passion is to improve mental health and wellbeing using complementary therapies; they are a key to relaxation and inner calm and will leave you relaxed, stress-free and relieved of any physical or emotional tension. We all need relaxation in our lives, it is hectic for us all, whether we are a child with a special educational need or disability, a young person taking their exams, a sports person needing relaxed muscles to perform again and again or a busy mum/dad trying to juggle everything for their family. Make time for yourself, you deserve it!
When I am not at Church Street Practice I also work at the Multiple Sclerosis Therapy Centre in Warminster massaging clients who suffer from this debilitating disease. As well as relief from physical symptoms of the disease the psychological effects are equally and often more rewarding to clients.
I am qualified in Swedish massage, Indian head massage and advanced deep tissue massage. Our massage clinic is based in Bradford on Avon and offers holistic massage treatments for Trowbridge, Frome, Corsham, Chippenham, Melksham, Westbury, Devizes and Warminster.
